Gary has acted as both subcontractor and principal contractor on contracts lasting from one week to almost a year, with values ranging from £10,000 to £2 million.


His responsibilities have included programming, estimating, procurement, subcontractor coordination, commercial reporting, and managing performance across safety, environmental, and quality targets. He is well-versed in NEC3, NEC4, and JCT contracts and regularly liaises with clients, suppliers, and site teams to maintain consistent project outcomes.
